Mr Xu Jiming is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Yidu Tech. Jiming has also served as the deputy director of the Tsinghua University—YiduCloud Intelligent Automated Medical System Joint Research Center since May 2018 and is the co-author of a paper on the application of AI technology in medicine development published in the Nature Medicine journal in January 2019. Jiming has over 10 years of experience in the fields of search engine technology, big data and AI. Before joining Yidu Tech in October 2015, Jiming worked in the mobile business division of Alibaba where he held the positions of senior architect at UCWeb between June 2015 and October 2015 and general manager of the search product technology center of amap.com between May 2013 and June 2015. Between July 2008 and May 2013, Jiming worked at Baidu Internet Technology Co., Ltd. as a technology manager. Jiming received his master’s degree in computer application technology from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2008 and his bachelor’s degree in automation from Tsinghua University in July 2005.
As President of EVYD Technology, Rick Liang oversees business functions including commercial and corporate development, and is responsible for driving company growth both organically and inorganically. Rick comes with 20 years of experience in general management, entrepreneurship, management consulting and venture investment. Previously, Rick was Senior Vice President at Yidu Tech, and also held key roles at Tencent, Boston Consulting Group and IBB Consulting LLC. (acquired by Accenture), after starting his entrepreneurial journey with the co-founding of EasySen, LLC, a US-based tech startup in the IOT sector. Rick holds a Masters of Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, USA.
As Head of Medical and Data Science, EVYD Technology, Dr Joshua Lam leads the Medical and Data Science team, leveraging his background in informatics and data science. Previously, as Data Architect at Singapore Health Promotion Board, he designed standardized person-centric data models for healthcare programs and citizen wellness initiatives. Earlier, as Lead Informatics Specialist at IHiS, he streamlined clinical data for the National Electronic Health Record. Dr Joshua brings valuable real-world experience as a practicing medical doctor across various specialties and care settings. This dual expertise positions him perfectly to bridge the gap between clinical practice and data-driven healthcare advancements at EVYD. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore and made Dean’s List during his Master of IT in Business (Specialization in Data Analytics) at Singapore Management University.
Jinpeng (Jasper) Jiang, Vice President of Technology at EVYD Technology, leverages over 10 years in big data and AI architecture to lead software engineering, data engineering, security, and infrastructure teams. Previously, as Chief Architect at a leading healthcare technology company, he led the design of a large-scale secure hybrid cloud infrastructure for a vast network of healthcare and government clients in China, and developed a platform for medical big data processing and analysis. Before that, he was a Principal Architect at a major search engine company, where his work significantly improved search efficiency. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology, and a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Tsinghua University.
With 14 years of experience leading complex operations and strategic initiatives, Daisy Radford joins EVYD Technology as Vice President of Operations. She leverages her expertise to drive efficiency, growth and innovation. Previously, she delivered mission-critical programs to National Security clients across UK, Middle East and Asia, spearheading data intelligence and cyber defense initiatives. A CISSP-certified leader with industry involvement, Daisy fosters diversity, equity and inclusion in tech as Managing Director (Board Member) at Girls in Tech Singapore. Her Executive MBA from INSEAD complements her earlier studies in Accounting at the University of Strathclyde.
Ming Jie serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of EVYD Technology, having founded the company in April 2020. Prior to EVYD Technology, Ming Jie oversaw the design and implementation of Investor Relations in the Capital Markets and Strategic Finance arm of Ant Group (formerly known as Ant Financial). Prior to his involvement in Ant Group, he worked at GIC Private Limited for seven years, with a focus on public equities. Ming Jie earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Financial Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
Ming Jin Goh is currently Head of Corporate Finance, EVYD Technology, where he oversees accounting, tax, FP&A and treasury. Ming Jin started his finance career in the investment banking division of HSBC where he worked on numerous M&A and capital markets transactions for leading large corporations across South East Asia before leaving for an investment role at Temasek where he made both private and public market investments globally. After Temasek, Ming Jin set up the Singapore office of Sunbo Partners, an early stage investment firm, before moving on to Golden Equator, a multi-family office where he spearheaded corporate development activities and business development of key subsidiaries. Ming Jin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Accountancy, First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore.
Associate Professor Jeremy Lim is the Director of the Leadership Institute for Global Health Transformation at Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, where he leads the initiatives in health systems strengthening and universal health coverage. He brings diverse and unique perspectives having spent substantial time in public and private healthcare across Asia as well as in policy advisory with Singapore’s Ministry of Health, the World Bank and the World Health Organization. Outside academia, Jeremy serves on the boards of various for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in different aspects of healthcare including migrant worker health, end of life care and digital health interventions. He trained in surgery and public health, attaining post-graduate qualifications in both from the UK and US.
Jennifer serves in Temasek Foundation’s leadership team and heads the Philanthropy Advocates Practice. She is responsible for the strategic management of the Foundation’s internal and external communication and engagement activities. Prior to this, she had been with GIC Private Limited for 12 years where she was also managing strategic communications for the sovereign wealth fund. She began her corporate communications journey after more than twenty years as a journalist with television, print and online experience. She also advises several AI and digital asset start-ups.
Su has over 15 years of experience at the Brunei Investment Agency, where she currently serves as the Head of Alternative Assets. She is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of all private equity deals, as well as the absolute return and commodity-related investments. Su serves on the board of Boqii Holdings and was involved in its recent IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. She also sits on the board of several companies across varying sectors, such as the tourism, financial and agri-tech industries. Su holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics from the International Islamic University in Malaysia, and a master of science in Finance and Economics from the Manchester Business School. She is a CFA Charter holder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation from the CAIA Association. In 2018, she completed the Program for Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School.
Rujing is the Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chairwoman and Founder of Yidu Tech, a leading medical Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) company based in China. Rujing has extensive investment and industry experience. She established the Beijing Huixu Jintong Investment Center, a private equity fund focused on investments in healthcare and technology, as well as the Guizhou Province Xiao Yingying Charity Foundation that supports children with rare and major illnesses. Before starting Yidu Tech, Rujing co-founded HKtrust Capital, a healthcare-focused investment fund, after working at Deutsche Bank and Global Infrastructure Partners during the early years of her career. Rujing holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and received an Executive MBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Amin Liew currently serves as the Minister at The Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II. He also sits on the board of a number of government-linked companies across a range of industries, including telecommunications, medical services, hospitality, aviation, oil and gas, IT and education. Dr. Amin Liew previously served as the Minister of Finance II, the Deputy Minister of Finance (Investment), and the Chief Executive Officer of Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd. He has held several key positions with the Brunei Government, including as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources and the Managing Director of the Brunei Investment Agency. Dr. Amin Liew received his master’s degree in Management and a PhD in Corporate Finance from Imperial College London. Dr. Amin Liew also holds a professional qualification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is an active member of the CFA Institute in Singapore.

Previously at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), he rose from lecturer to Vice President, spearheading research that propelled UBD to publication highs. Currently at EVYD, Abby leverages his expertise to guide healthcare technology de-velopment while continuing his research evident in his publications in top journals. Abby holds a PhD in Mathematics from Manchester University, following his First-Class Honors Bachelor’s degree in the same field from University of Manchester In-stitute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
Kelvin Ho, Senior Commercial Director, EVYD Technology. Kelvin Ho is a seasoned executive with over 17 years’ experience driving commercial growth and innovation, particularly in healthcare. Currently, he serves as Senior Director, Commercial at EVYD Technology. Over his career, Kelvin has held various leadership roles in government, corporations and startups. Notably, he led industry growth and transformation efforts as Head, Biomedical Sciences at the Singapore Economic Development Board. He later joined global reinsurer Swiss Re to bring life and health reinsurance solutions to the APAC market. Most recently he served as VP of Commercial Development at cancer biotech Mirxes, leading the commercial team and establishing key local partnerships. On the side, Kelvin is also a founding leader of the Digital Health Society of SEA. Kelvin holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

William Lai leads project management and customer success at EVYD Technology, leveraging over 16 years of experience to lead EVYD’s operational transformation. He optimizes processes and foster high-performing teams, driving efficiency and exceptional customer experiences. Previously, William progressed through various roles from Analyst to Head of Operations at Dynamik Technologies (formerly BAG Networks), implementing improvements across IT, finance, health and more. William holds a BSc in Mathematics from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
Dr. Pijika Watcharapichat, MD, PhD Medical Director, EVYD Technology. Dr Pijika Watcharapichat, EVYD Technology’s Medical Director, bridges medicine and technology. Combining her MD with honors (Chulalongkorn University) and PhD in Computer Science specializing in large-scale machine learning (Imperial College London), she tackles healthcare challenges. Expertise in nutrition science (Stanford University) and lifestyle medicine empowers her to tackle chronic diseases. With over 15 years of experience, AI research, and clinical trials at GSK and Microsoft, Dr Pijika leads research on Thai dietary patterns to combat chronic diseases. A champion for lifestyle medicine, Dr Pijika co-authored a well-received guidebook simplifying health science and empowering individuals to manage their health through lifestyle changes.
Zhao Li, Director of Product, EVYD Technology. Zhao Li leverages his expertise to design and build healthcare solutions across Asia and the US. Throughout his career, he has championed user-centricity, driving product development that empowers users and improves health outcomes. Prior to EVYD, Zhao Li led product teams at iHospital (AstraZeneca), expanding the online sales channels for core pharmaceutical products and enhancing patient-hospital connections. At Ping An Health, he led user growth initiatives and explored data-driven commercialization of health management services. Zhao Li holds a Master’s in Information System Engineering from the University of Manchester and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Information System and Management, and Business from Shanghai University.
